Chapala Grill 3: Authentic Mexican Dining Experience

We had a really good experience at Chapala Grill 3. The service was nice, and the food was tasty and fresh. Everything came out on time, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely come back again!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience, thanks in large part to our waiter, Jhon. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu inside and out, made great recommendations, and checked in at all the right times without ever hovering. Our drinks were always full, the food came out perfectly timed, and he handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude. You can tell he truly cares about the customer experience, and it made our meal even more enjoyable. Excellent service like this is hard to find—he really made the night special. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have him as our server again!

First visit to this location. Everything met with the high expectations we went with, after reading recent Google reviews. We ordered a number of items - would highly recommend Camarones Poblanos as appetizer (tasty salad with chopped shrimps, cilantro, avocado and poblano peppers) and Enchiladas Suizas (Enchilada served with rice, beans and green sauce). Drinks wise, Pear Lychee Martini, Red Sangria and Margaritas, were all appreciated by our group. Thank You for a nice dining experience served with welcoming smile.

If you want to get the Mexican vibe and traditional excellent food you have arrived. for the best Mexican food north of the border fyi the restaurant is named after a beautiful Mexican lake

The food was absolutely delicious. It tasted like it crafted by the hands of God. Our server Jhon was the best server I've ever had. He was awesome. He got us our food on time and kept us entertained the whole time we were there. 10/10 would recommend this place and shout-out Jhon.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care—everything we ate was delicious. What really made the night stand out though, was our server Jhon and the amazing kitchen staff! The kitchen staff made a fresh ceviche for me to remove the shellfish as I have an allergy. Jhon was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. The service was fast without feeling rushed. You can tell he really cares about the guests. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Jhon again!

Awesome dining experience. We were seated quickly. Jhon was our server and was very attentive and made good menu suggestions. Our food arrived what felt like moments after ordering. Would definitely eat here again!

Came here for an early dinner. Everything was delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Steak was cooked perfect. They opened Chapala Grill 4, which is a little closer to I 80 which we would like to try next, but it's definitely worth the 40 minute ride for us.
